Welcome to the enXross DAO Baseline Survey

We capture your starting point today and your six month target, then track visible progress during the program.

Why we are doing this

Every startup begins at a different stage. Some have a working product. Others already have customers or funding. The survey gives us a fair snapshot of where you are today and where you plan to be at the end of the residency. It also lets mentors tailor support to your needs.

Understanding the Swim Lanes

Growth happens in three lanes that must move together: Product, Customers, and Operations. When one lane races ahead and the others lag, teams stall or fail. The goal is synchronized movement so progress in one lane is reinforced by the others. That is how pilots become scalable businesses.

Product

Product maturity, technology depth, and integration readiness.

Customers

Audience definition, pilots, traction, and retention.

Operations

Team strength, process, finance, fundraising, and governance.

How it works

  • Five topics per swim lane.
  • For each topic, rate your current status (0-10) and provide a qualitative summary.
  • You will also set a goal rating (0-10) for the end of the program.
  • Lane averages are scaled to a 0 to 100 baseline for the dashboard.

During the program

  • Update scores monthly to reflect real progress like pilots, launches, and hires.
  • Mentors review updates and help you focus where needed.
  • Your dashboard shows current score, change since baseline, and progress toward goal.

The goal

This is not a competition. The aim is synchronized growth across Product, Customers, and Operations. By the end of the program your dashboard will show a clear record of milestones reached.
